Great to be featured in IFA Magazine again.
A recent report from the ONS entitled How are financial pressures affecting people in Great Britain?, showed (amongst other things) that 4 in 10 adults do not expect to save any money in the coming year. It also revealed that more than 4 in 10 adults who were borrowing more money or using more credit were suffering high levels of anxiety.
In this article I share some tips about where you can access support and help if you are struggling with heightened stress and anxiety as a consequences of the increased cost of living.
The more we can share messages of support to people struggling with financial stress in the current cost of living crisis the better.
