Nottingham Trent University | Undergraduate Psychology
Currently, in collaboration with the Psychology joint honours degree programme at Nottingham Trent University, we support final year projects aimed at extending the knowledge base about resilience and the application of psychology to the world of work.
Students are tasked with conducting literature reviews on a range of industry-related questions set by local businesses. Findings from their projects are then presented at a university conference and a report produced. We’ve been able to draw on this information to further develop the range of services we provide. Examples of past projects include:
How does stress impact on work performance, productivity, sickness absence rates, presenteeism and staff relationships?
What are the factors affecting participant uptake and application of learning within group psychoeducation training?
What evidence is there for the effectiveness of digitally based mental health interventions?
